Every student will have a required summer reading assignment in English and Social Studies. Additionally, some courses in mathematics and science require a summer learning assignment. Please carefully consider these requirements when planning your course selection for the 2010-2011 school year.

 Mathematics

All students enrolled in a GPS mathematics course (Math I-IV) will have a summer packet to complete prior to the first day of school.  These are available below and on the mathematics department page.  Students should  complete the packet for the course they are taking in the fall.  Both the enriched and on-level complete the same packet. 

Science

AP Environmental Science students will have a summer reading and a book journal.  Please visit Dr. Camp’s blog in May for further details.  The APES assignment is attached below.
